"In this segment, we're going to talk about another type of trick throw. It's called the fore-hand skip shot. You can do this on any type of a hard surface, and again, we're going to go with the fore-hand grip--thumb on the top, two fingers on the bottom--and we're going to stand sideways to our target, and with this one, again, you have to exaggerate the angle, where you want the Frisbee to hit the ground so it comes up. If the Frisbee hits the ground flat, it's just going to skid along the ground this way. So it's very important for this angle, this edge, to hit the ground first so it skips up to your target. So again, you have to throw it with a lot of speed, and pretty fast, with a lot of spin. So here goes: (throws Frisbee). The more spin and the more speed you put on it, the easier it's going to be. You can throw it so it skips up nice and high, and if you throw it a little lower, it's going to skip low."
