"O.k. our next kick; back leg front kick with a pointed toe to the groin area as opposed to the other front kicks we did that are to the chest, face; stomach o.k. Here we go; we're going to come back to the same basic position, hands are up; make sure your elbows are tight, now take that back leg; you're going to bring that knee up, thrust our hips and point that foot right in between the legs to the groin area. Now what we want to kick with is our shin because that is the hardest part of that leg and will do quite a bit of damage so that is the part that has to go in between the persons legs. Again we're going to do it one more time; make sure your knees are a little bit bent so you have a little balancing there, you can move a lot quicker; o.k. take that back leg; thrust those hips right in between the legs. One more time right in between with the back leg; you're already naturally have power because it's coming from the back leg. Our next kick is going to be a round house kick so we moving into different kicks; o.k. stepping lead leg round house kick."
