"Arm Extension - Right. Take your feet on a wide stance, good stability. Turn your left foot away from you, look down at your left heel, is in line with the right ankle. Tip your right toes in towards you and bend that left knee. Now if that left knee goes past the toes, then open your stance a little bit wider. And take your left hand right there against the inner thigh and guide that knee back. Then take your right shoulder, right back and lift up with that right hand. For balance, take the face and look up towards the right hand. Many people, this is as far as they can go and just reach. You want to feel the connection between the right hand, the right shoulder and your right hip. Or you can lower that left arm down towards the floor. As long as your eyes stay in contact with that right hand, just breathe in deep through your nose and exhale, another deep breath in.. exhale. Now lift up that hip. You feel that inner thigh on the left side breathing deep through your nose. And exhale..and then release, come all the way back up and turn your feet right back towards the center and shake it around."
