"Okay, in this section we're covering installing the front seats and we're going to need four of the bolts that fasten them down. It's an eight millimeter bolt and on the tip of it, it should come down oh, three sixteenths of an inch or so that's non threaded and this allows you to easily get the bolt started. You'll need two in the front and two in the back for each seat and I"m going to have the seat in a collapsed position, kind of the back portion tilted forward. The inside track on both of them is the one that the adjuster rides on. The other track floats freely. So note the position of your inside track. I should have mine all the way back so it sits down and I have accessibility to the rear bolts first. By collapsing the seat, it makes it easier for me to get it in and out of the doors. Then I just slide it over the humps at this time, both my back bolts should line up. If the outside one isn't lines up, just kind of tilt the seat forward, slide it into position. It floats freely, the inside one has a ratchet on it. I just want to position it around until I see I got accessibility to both the bolts. I'm getting them started finger tight first. Now that I got the back started I'm going to release the ratchet, slide the seat back, I'm just going to tilt the seat back a little bit, give me a little bit more clearance. Then we get my other, front bolts started. Now, once I've got all four bolts started, go ahead and tighten them down. Tighten the front ones down first, just ratchet it forward, tighten the rear ones down. Just do the exact same procedure for the driver seat. Get your seat mounted, all the bolts done. Just take a good thorough look, make sure you didn't leave any tools behind and that should conclude our project with the carpet. As you see, it's not that much of an overwhelming task, and if you just take it on a step by step procedure and just lay things out as you go. If you stay organized it makes it real easy, go back together again, without any problems. All I've got to do is finish up some stereo and alarm wiring and then I can put that glove box back together and this project will be completed. But that's specific for this vehicle only. So thank you for watching our training segment. Please watch our other training videos in these automotive repair areas."
