"Alright, now I'll show you the advanced modification for your basic apple picking. You always have to do the set up when you are doing the standing series with your fingers on your ribs. Or at least knowledge of where the ribs are. Big breath in, exhale ribs press down. Keeping the lungs, spine and take the arm, I'm going to reach for my apple. Extend through the other side, the opposite side really reaching and now your leg is going to lift. Try to keep one side of your body as if it's against a wall. As this leg extends, I'm going to hold it there and bring the heel to the back. Eight movements if you can, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two and one. Make sure the thigh doesn't move, the heel comes back. You're feeling this in the side. And as you release, take a good breath, again you are feeling the oblique, you're also working through the back, staying engaged with the long spine, ribs pulled in, arm stretched again the right side, parallel to a wall. And that's how you do the advanced modification for apple picking."
