"Hi in this segment we're going to be looking at some ways to use Moxi or Moxibustion in order to help with our general health and longevity. What we need is one of these moxi rolls and these can actually be purchased at your local Asian market or at an Acupuncturists office. What we want to do is light this point and this is something you can do for yourself as well. But in this case just so you can see what I am doing, I'm going to do this on our model here. So once you got the moxi burning, we're going to take a moment to find some points on the leg. So from this point we measure from the bottom of the knee cap one hands breath down on the outside of his shin bone. There is his shin bone and we are going to find a slight depression. And we can just take the point; we are not touching the skin on this. We are holding it about two inches above that point and we are just going to wait until we get a warming sensation. And this is something you can do for yourself. This point is called stomach thirty six. The next point is just above the ankle bones. So here is the highest point of the ankle bone. We are going to go again with one hands breath above the ankle bone. And we are going to warm this location one hands breath above on the inside of the ankle now. The inside of the leg. And then we are going to do one, here's our ankle bone again and just on the inside on the little depression there. This one is called kidney three. It strengthens our kidneys; this one here is spleen six. And actually it's called the three yin meeting. This actually covers three different meridians and organs in the body. And then our other one is stomach thirty six. These points are on the same on both sides, we have stomach thirty six on both sides, spleen six on both sides, and kidney three on both sides. You can rotate around those points for about a minute on each point, and do it every day. And it will really help all of your digestive system and your immune system and make you healthier."
