"Now we're going to continue with our chrome text. As we can see here, we have our text layer selected like so, what I'm going to do is I'm going ahead and expand this selection to go ahead and include this outline that we've created on here. So let's go to "Select", "Modify", "Expand", like so, and of course we put the outline at five pixels, so we're going to go ahead and expand this by five pixels and hit "OK". Now what we're going to do is we're going to open our "Channels" tab and we're going to come down here and click on this button here which is "Save Selection as Channel". And now as we click there you can see this is saved as a channel. We can turn this on and have a look at it. What we're going to do is we're going to grab this, just drag it down and create a new channel, like so. Now that that's up what we're going to do is we're going to go ahead and blur this out, so let's go to "Filter", "Blur", let's go into "Gaussian Blur", like so. And what we're going to do is let's run this one at nine pixels, there we go, and let's do this again. Let's go to "Filter", and actually we'll change it every time that we go on, so we go to "Blur", "Gaussian Blur", and this time instead of nine pixels, we'll do this one at six pixels, like so. Let's run it again, let's go to "Filter", "Blur", "Gaussian Blur", like so, and we'll run this one at three pixels. "Filter", "Blur", "Gaussian Blur" for our last one, and we'll choose one pixel, there we go! And what we'll do is we'll pause here and we'll pick this up in the next part."
