"Hi, my name's Jordan Dahl. We're talking about intermediate floor gymnastics, and the next tumbling pass I wanted to talk about was your round off back handspring back tuck. And this can be a really fun pass, and it's, it's really showy, compared to the other things we've been looking at. I would really advise you to not move on to this trick until you have really gotten a hold of your double back handspring. The reason being is getting control of your head position, and if, if you learn to set up before you get in control of setting back, it can throw you off as you try and move onward. So make sure that you're getting your double back handspring done before you move onto this. Really, the only big difference between the two is, is obviously your head position as you're setting, and where your feet land. As you come down out of your rebound from your first back handspring, you want to hit the ground straight up, so that you can travel straight up in the air, let your head bring you up, watch something on the wall to make sure you finish that set, and pull your knees around. That's what's going to get you around, and then just stick it, like any other pass."
