Hey, welcome back. I'm Bobby Larew. We're talking about expert diving. Right now in our five-step approach we talked about our feet, we talked about our steps, our legs. Right now what we want to talk about are our arms when we move, okay? A lot of people like to keep their arms plastered to their side as they walk on the diving board. It's not good. I'm going to teach you how to swing your arms through your hurdle, through your approach to make it the best possible, okay? We've got a five-step approach, we're going to start moving our arms actually on the third step, okay? And they're going to start to move forward, okay? By the fourth step, our arms should be moving back behind us, so that when we get to the fifth step, our arms are all the way back, okay? I'm going to count it out and do it for you. Here we go. Step one, two, three, the arms come forward, okay? Four, the arms start to move back. Five, the arms are all the way back, okay? Remember, I've talked about earlier, fingers together, okay, hands pointed. You don't want spread fingers, and you don't want to move your wrists like this. So here's what it looks like in regular motion, okay? That's five-step with the arms.
