"Hi, it's Megan. Thank you for watching my video today, on how to you can protect yourself from germs in the gym, and I hope that you enjoyed it, and I hope that you managed to learn something from it, and from all parts of life, it's undeniable now that bacteria is part of our everyday existence, from ecoli to staph infections, and everything we see in the news. We've all learned that it's better to be informed, and not to be scared, but to be informed, so we can make good decisions, so we can all be healthy, especially in the gym, so you can reap all the benefits, that working out has to offer. Now, I hope that you'll keep some things in mind, such as the little arsenal that you might want to consider taking with yourself to the gym, with the hand sanitizer, and the antibacterial wipes, They're all good things to have, and also be careful when you select a gym. It's very important to pick a good one, and also you want to be sure that you do clean everything. Just treat everything as suspect, when you go to work out, and just clean it anyway. Even if you just saw somebody else clean it, when they walked off of it, it's probably a good idea to do it again anyway, just to be sure, in case they missed a spot. It's just always the best policy to have, and just keep all that stuff in mind, and make sure that you keep going to the gym. Don't use this video, as an excuse not to go to the gym. It's not meant to scare you, but just to inform you, so that you can make the best decision. I hope you enjoyed this video, and hopefully, I'll have more to give you in the future. Thank you very much."
