"At this point, I've done the color. I've done the black work. So looking at this I see I need to do a little gray wash behind there just to pop it out a little bit. And so I've mixed up some gray and I'm just going to kind of work it behind this cherry blossom to give it more of a three-d effect. So I'm going to start here. And I'm going to work these points, and you see how I'm just moving. There's no reason to stop and wipe, just keep going. So when you wipe now, you can see what you've done and you can see where you're at. And you see what that does, it really pops it out a little bit. It gives it that three-d effect. And you can always go darker but you can't go lighter. So I'm going to hit this spot right here a little bit deeper, because next to this one needs a little bit more. And you see how nice the gray is, how it's popping it out amongst the black."
