"The next part of the right foot that we're going to do, is the right ankle. Put your little lotion on. And then, just with your thumb, rub all the way across the front of the right ankle. People's feet are like their hands, they get extremely tired. Then you want to go make circles around the bone on both sides of the ankle. Make sure you get around it good. Then also make sure the rub the Achilles tendon real well. It's going to be right there, at the back of the ankle. If you're not sure if you've got a place good enough, go ahead and go over it again. Exert enough pressure that you're not tickling a person. But not so much that it hurts them. If you have nails, be careful of your nails. And that is how you rub the right wrist of the right foot."
