"For the next step, in your hand massage, we're actually going to polish the nails. Sarah already has a French manicure so we're going to just apply a clear coat to her nails. If she didn't have a French manicure already, we would apply a base coat, two coats of polish and a top coat, allowing each coat to dry two minutes between applications. After you apply polish to all ten nails, you're going to want the nails to dry for a good five to ten minutes, the longer they can wait, the better. A UV dryer can help in the process of drying, if you're using a UV top coat. That cuts your drying time down to three to five minutes versus five to ten minutes. This is how you polish nails after a hand massage."
