"Okay, so knee injuries are next. First of all with the knee injury you want to go ahead and straighten the leg out, as much as you can. And then you want to go and get a bandage on it, much like an orthopedic surgeon would give you. One of the easiest ways to do that, again is with your triangle bandage, you go right below the actual wound itself, with the bottom of the cloth, come up and across to the top of the wound, then you want to tie it right at the top of the knee cap, so that it really puts some pressure on the top of the leg. And once you get that knot tied, you want to go ahead and roll over the the top of this, under the bandage itself. And what that's going to do, it just tightens up the knot and puts some pressure on the top and bottom of the leg. "
