"Alright our next posture for waking up in the morning is a gentle cat cow. After you've done your child's pose and your cobra we're going to continue bringing some movement into the spine with cat cow. Make sure the wrists are directly under the shoulders and the knees are directly under the hips when you come into your neutral table top pose. All you're going to do is inhale dropping the belly spinning the sits bone high and lifting the heart. And exhale, tuck the tail bone under and bring the forehead toward the pelvis. Inhale, reversing it, big arch, exhale, lots of space between the shoulder blades just inhaling and exhaling. Do this maybe ten times, ten breaths, something like that. You can do it up to a minute if you feel comfortable here. And when you're ready just sit back on your heels, let the crown of your head lift high, take a few breaths... and get ready for your next pose."
