"In this clip we're going to talk about the proper service procedure for removing and reinstalling your vehicle's radiator. In this step we're going to talk about the proper service procedure for remounting your radiator fan shroud. What we're going to do is take and align the bottom portion of it with the retaining clips and slip it into place. Good. Just like so we're going to line them both up then apply downward pressure. Just like that. That's all that you need to do to mount the lower portion of your radiator fan shroud. Alright, now to mount the upper portion of the radiator fan shroud. Just going to take and pull it tight to the radiator, slide my mounting bolt through the fan shroud and into the retaining clip mounted on the radiator. Screw it down hand tight just like that. And finish it off with my eight millimeter socket. Again you don't want to over tighten these fasteners because you are dealing with very light gage steel, non hardened bolts and plastic. Right there, you're going to go ahead an repeat that procedure for any other mounting bolts on the radiator. And that is the proper way to reinstall your vehicle's fan shroud."
