"Hi, this is Rod Zervakos, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer on behalf of Expert Village. We're working our body parts today. We've done the chest. Done back. Right now we're working on our arms. So what we've done so far is con curls on easy bar. And then we've done some concentration curls where we isolate each arm. What we're going to do right now is do a little twist into the curls. And we're actually going to change our grip and work different parts of the muscle. You'll notice the muscle moves differently when you just simply twist twist your hand. So what we're going to do instead of doing our curls this way, we'll do an isolation curl with our grip down facing down. And again that's just going to work a different part in the muscle. Bring it up and down. Up and down. You're going to feel that some in your forearm as well. So it's a good workout to switch things up instead of doing everything the same way like this. You could do your workout like this and work a different part of your bicep. And that's just simply reversing the grip on the curl."
