"Hi this is Rod Zervakos, I.S.S.A certified personal trainer on behalf of Expert Village we're working our chest today; doing home gym set up, we've already down the flat bench; flies and incline, now we're going to be work on decline. Decline is going to work the lower portion of your peck muscle basically it's the type of set up as the incline and flat except this time; again based on me we're lying on a decline and again we're going to bring the bar down straight across the lower part of our chest, nice form and working the bottom part of that pec muscle so we get a nice even rounded pec muscle when we're all said and done. Again this just goes straight down lower part; straight up, lower; straight up, you do not want to come down and bounce off the chest; a lot of people do, not a good idea. Straight down; straight up, let's back up and again when we do all three of these combined we build a nice upper; middle and lower part of the chest. Nice rounded sculpted chest looks beautiful."
