"Hi this is Rod Zervakos, ISSA Certified PErsonal Trainer, on behalf of Expert Village. What we are going to be working on today is personal training in the home. With some of the other segments I've done, we've done the flat bench, we've done the fly for the middle and now what we are going to do is switch up the bench a little bit and go to an incline. Now what this is going to do is the flat bench is going to target mainly the middle section and an incline is going to get you more of the build up top so we're going to do incline right now, show you how to do that. Basically you have to set the system up where you get the bar higher, your back again based on the name of it, is at an incline, the same typical motion for a bench press. You want to have your shoulder width apart, lined up properly, again used weights that you can control on your own. You don't need a spotter. This one just comes straight down. It is going to be a little bit higher on the chest, straight up, straight down, up and down. We don't want to be bouncing off the chest, we don't want to be wobbling all over the place. Nice motion down, then straight back up. Again this is going to target the top part of your chest."
