"How to become a fashion magazine editor. For every fashion magazine editor, they always start off as actually a stylist. A stylist, he or she needs to what's going to put in a lot of effort into producing a portfolio, like from there working up as stylist. And once you have a little experience working as a stylist, another possibility to work and become a fashion magazine editor is interning at a magazine and learning their ways of doing things and the process and the steps. And so if you're familiar with styling and the behind the scenes ropes around there, now you can look on a publication's point of view on what goes on and what needs to be their matte and their deadlines and their qualifications for that. Fashion magazine editors are usually or usually drawn up on a hierarchy that you actually work your way up. And so when you become editor it's organizing the concept, the future ideas and the future issues. It's you're overseeing everything. It's a lot of stress, a lot of detail organs and things and you're just supposed to sit overall, look at if the final project is coherent, if it makes sense. I feel that the best reward for a magazine editor is a magazine that had produced or they had published, became successful. That people pick up that issue and remember that issue because it was an amazing issue, amazing magazine. And I think when an editor does that they're doing their job great."
