"There are a few different updo hairstyles that are most common among African American women and now I want to demonstrate one of the most common hairstyles done for updos for African American women that can be done on a daily basis. So what you can do is comb your hair back as if you were going to do a ponytail, twist the hair up, secure it with either a clip or bobby pins for demonstration purposes, I will use a clip, adjust the hair so that it falls loosely around your clip and that completes a French twist and that's one type of updo style that you can do at home every day."
