Hi, my name is John Niemira, and today, I'd like to talk to you about writing a simple business plan for your business or for somebody else's business. A business plan is an overall view of your business or your company. A business plan details usually from eight to ten different topics. It's going to list items such as the executive summary, objectives, the mission and the mission statement, the company summary, a startup summary, products that you will purchase, products that you will make, a marketing analysis, strategy implementation, a management summary, and of course, a financial plan. All these ten steps to a business plan are critical. You want to make sure that you have them detailed, that you understand what you're looking for in each one of these steps. Take a look at some sample business plans. Use that and either expand on it or start fresh with your own. If you need any more information on this subject or any other subject in the business field, my email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
