"Hi! I'm Donna Barnes, life and relationship coach here in New York City, and the author of "It's All About You." Understanding men is a very commonly asked question. How do I understand men? But I think the best way to understand men is to really take responsibility for your own actions. I think if you can not, you know, of course, a man's going to get upset if you blame him for something, if you nag him about something, if you know, men are very sensitive in their own way, they just might not be comfortable about showing it, depending on the man. So, I think you really need to take his feelings into account and really just make him feel cared about, and make him feel loved and he'll be easier to understand. I think people are more likely to want to be open and do nice things for you if you do nice things for them, right? So, really the key to understanding men is treating them well, and being open and responsible for the things that you do."
