Hi, my name is Merrilee. And today I'm going to show you how to make this most super easy peanut butter fudge. We're going to get started. I've melted a half a cup of butter in this small saucepan. And what we're going to add to it is two and a quarter cups of packed brown sugar, and we're going to also add a half a cup of milk. Then we're going to take it over to our stove. And we're going to bring it to a boil. We're going to boil it for about two minutes before we add the rest of our ingredients. So I'm going to do that right now. Take it over here. And we're going to continue stirring until it's all mixed together very well, and I'm going to bring it to a boil for two minutes, and then we'll add the rest of our ingredients. Okay. After having waited for this to boil for two minutes, we're now ready to bring it over and add our three quarters of a cup of peanut butter, and our one teaspoon of vanilla. So we put that in here, and we're going to mix it up real well. And then we're going to pour it over the powdered sugar. And that's three and a half cups of powdered sugar. There we go. So this gets mixed in real well, here. We're almost there. I'm going to use my whisk. Now we're ready to pour it over the three and a half cups of powdered sugar. There we go. Now after we mix this, we're going to put it into our 8X8 pan, and we're going to chill it until it's firm and then it will be ready to serve. This super easy peanut butter fudge. All right. I'm ready to put this in our pan. It's already starting to cool. Mix it in there, then we'll go put it in our refrigerator. And it will chill until firm, and then cut it into squares and serve it with a smile. And that's how you make easy peanut butter fudge.
