Hi, I'm Trina Sims of Green Starters and today I'm going to talk about some home remedies using apple cider vinegar. Topically, there are a number of great uses for apple cider vinegar. Dilute apple cider vinegar can be used for acne; can be straight apple cider vinegar, makes a great deodorant. Straight apple cider vinegar also makes a nice poultice for bruises or varicose veins. Fifty fifty with water, it can be helpful to stave off diaper rash and help cure some of those eruptions. A spray of fifty fifty apple cider vinegar and water can also be used to soothe poison ivy rash and pain. Straight apple cider vinegar again, is use for jellyfish sting. In fact in Australia, all lifeguards keep vinegar in their first aid kits for jellyfish stings and there, some of those jellyfish can kill you. And my favorite use, for straight apple cider vinegar topically, is as a remedy for sunburn. It can be very, very effective. Splash straight apple cider vinegar on the sunburn or soak a cotton rag in apple cider vinegar and lay it lightly over the burn. Keep it supping wet with the vinegar; you'll be surprise how much the skin takes up. Now internally, apple cider vinegar has a great reputation as a digestive remedy; to regulate bowel function; as a mineral tonic and some people use it for weight loss and help regulate cholesterol. I hope this information is helpful to you. Thank you.
