"Hi, my name is Dave Andrews, today I am going to show you how to remove a Windows program. Let's go to our computer, and we are going to use the add remove programs feature of Windows to accomplish this. Let's click on our start button, and right above the start button we are going to type in control panel. You can also click on control panel right here. I am just going to click on control panel where it returned as a search, and what we are going to do is scroll down in the classic view make sure that is selected, until we find programs. So there you see it Programs and Features, it looks like a CD in a box. Just double click on that. This actually lists out all of the programs that are installed on this computer. So I am going to scroll down and find one to remove, I am going to click on this one here and then I am going to click on Uninstall. Now you have to be an administrator on Vista to uninstall a program so I am just going to click on Continue because I am logged in as an administrator. Now from this point you are actually running the uninstalled program that came from the vendor who wrote the program you are uninstalling, so every program is going to look a little bit different, but they will all kind of have the same flow. It is going to ask me to confirm that I want to remove my program, then it is actually going to remove the program, it will let me know it was done, and this one actually asks for feedback after I uninstall it, I am going to click No on that. And now as you can see that program has been removed from my list of programs that I would like to remove and that means that the program has been uninstalled. My name is Dave Andrews and I have just showed you how to remove a Windows program."
