Well researchers report that they are rich in antioxidants and they can lower our bad cholesterols in our body and raise good cholesterols. The best way to get the benefits of pomegranates in our diet is by drinking pomegranate juice. It is also believed that pomegranate juice like aspirin can help keep blood platelets from clumping together to form harmful blood clots and if that isn't enough it has also been shown to help reduce blood pressure and slow down the progress of prostate cancer so pomegranates not only are delicious but they are full of health benefits.
