"Hi, my name's Izabella, and now I'm going to show you how to create your own labels with Microsoft Word. Creating labels is a standard function in Microsoft Word with the help of which you can create your own visit cards, or envelopes, or brochures, and now I'm going to show you how to create them. To create a label we have to open Microsoft Word, and there we open a new blank document, okay here we see. Next up is to go to the toolbar, select tools, and then the sub-menu letters and mailings, and there envelopes and labels. We click on it, and here you can see the envelopes and labels tabs. Now we go to labels, and on the right-hand side you can see options like Print, New Document, Cancel, Options, E-postage Properties. Now, we will need Options, okay. Here, you can see printer information and label information. In the printer information you can select the type of the printer; dot matrix, laser, or inkjet, and beneath here is the label information with label products product number you can select, and on the right-hand side you can see further label information. If you have selected the proper one click on okay. And now, in the address part we're typing the text we would like to appear on the label. Let's make it Hello it's my first label, okay, and under it we can see some printing options. If we select the proper one we click on new document, and here you can see the labels has appeared on a full page. Here's the text, and if you don't like the text we can still modify it here in this doc in this part, okay? If you would like you can also print it out."
