In this clip we're going to talk about how to get a modeling agent. You can start off by finding a friend you know, with a good camera. What I did was I had a friend who was taking a photography class in college and she asked me if she could take some pictures of me and then I said cool, as long as I could have some of the pictures to put in my portfolio. You can even take it to a next step, you can go to a small studio like one that does college portraits or high school portraits and stuff like that. You can take it to a bigger studio you know, whatever you feel comfortable with, whatever you feel will help you along the way. Then go to you know, try sending it out to smaller agencies first. They're more likely to take on new clients and then you know, what if that smaller agency sends it to a bigger agency and they say, oh, well I really like that girl, you know, let's set up an interview, let's figure it out and then you just kind of start moving from smaller to bigger, moving up in the chain and then before you know it, you know you're taking pictures for big companies, taking pictures for small companies and you know just don't feel, you feel comfortable, you're just starting out small, moving up big. Don't feel like you're going to have to stop at the top of the mountain, everyone starts off small somewhere.
