Hello my name is Rebecca Herrick and I'm a licensed massage therapist in Wilmington, North Carolina and I'm here to tell you how to make your own massage lotions. Basically you can take any lotion or oil, with regards to oily I would be a little bit careful that you don't use an almond or a peanut based oil in case your clients are sensitive to nuts but you can take olive oil, anything edible is great to use during massage or you can take any lotion. Basically you just can use them if you want to make them your own you can add certain aromatherapy scents which usually are essential oils, various scents from flowers and plants and you just, you can put some drops into an unscented lotion and mix it up and use that as your very own massage oil or cream or lotion, works great and it is very cost effective and practical to use and that is how you make your own massage lotions.
