Hi, my name is Mark. And we're going to speak about Time Management Training Programs. Time Management is a very important issue setting today's business world. Where everything is measured by, on a time basis. Projects, days they work. Everything is hourly, hourly calculated. So we have to be very, very careful about our time management. And that's everything from planning time to executing a task. And there are lots of training programs on this. About how we can actually manage our time more effectively. It's a skill in fact. But the big issue you have to consider is actually doing the task rather than thinking about a task. If you've got four or five tasks that must be done in a given period of time. Then the best thing is to put them into a priority. And carry them out. The longer you think about it, the longer the project still takes to get done. More time is being wasted. And you know, you're not actively caring your, to do list. So prioritize your time and get on with the job. It's the best advice I can give you. So with this, the best thing you can do is to allocate a time for task. And to put into a priority. So task one will take you twenty five minutes. Do it. And follow your plan program. So that you clear your To Do list. Rather than thinking about your To Do list. also each member of the staff has their own To Do list, their priorities. And it's very important as part of the training anyway. That you ensure that all of your staff know what their focus is. Know what their priority is. And know what time and occasion, there is per task. If that's clearly laid down. And their focus is on the task at hand. Then you'll be moving in the right direction.
