"Hi I'm Rachel Yatuzis and I'm going to show you how to clean your night guard trays. These are pretty easy to clean, you want to keep them around for a long time because I know that they're not cheap and they do serve a very important purpose. So you want to get your toothpaste and your toothbrush first and give them a good brushing. This is going to really, the toothpaste and the toothbrush work great as a real corrosive, abrasive material to scratch off any debris or anything that might be in the night guard tray and then you want to get your favorite denture cleaning tablets. This right here is Polident. You want to put your water in the cup. Drop this in there and just follow the instructions on your little tablets. After you do this, you could soak the trays in vinegar and water. This will get rid of any smell really well or you could soak them in mouthwash which will also get rid of the smell. These are definitely something, I mean this is something that you definitely want to keep clean because these are not cheap and they are not easy for your dentist to make either. It's a lot of time and money goes into these things so just keep them fresh and clean and that'll help keep your teeth perfect. I'm Rachel Yatuzis and that is how you clean night guard trays."
