Hi I'm Ben from the Cellphone Broker in San Jose, California. Recently I had somebody ask me what the T-Mobile wireless configurator is so I'm going to explain that really quick right now. The T-Mobile wireless configurator is a web based application that allows you to use the T-Mobile Internet service on phones that do not come from T-Mobile so let's say you purchase an AT&T phone or you have an overseas phone that you did not purchase directly from T-Mobile and it is not branded with the T-Mobile name on it. So an unlocked phone from international territory or an AT&T phone that you had unlocked, those do not support the T-Mobile web feature unless you download the T-Mobile wireless configurator onto your device. So the T-Mobile wireless configurator will allow you to browse the Internet, download music and ringtones directly from T-Mobile and pretty much use anything that requires the Internet on the T-Mobile network on a phone that does not come from T-Mobile. If you already have a T-Mobile phone that you purchased from T-Mobile and it says T-Mobile on it, you do not need to worry about the wireless configurator, you don't need it, you already have a application on your phone that allows you to use all the Internet and features. But if you are using a phone that did not come from T-Mobile, let's say you purchased it overseas like I said or you purchased it on eBay and it did not come from T-Mobile, then you do need to get, obtain the T-Mobile wireless configurator and this is a free application that T-Mobile will provide to you. You just go to the T-Mobile website and have them send it to your phone and then you'll be ready to go.
