"Hi my name is Jonathan. I'm with Champion MMA and we are going to talk about how to hit hard and create a good power punch. The first thing you need to have is a heavy bag. This is very very important. The bag that you are using for heavy punches has got to be a heavy bag. Something like this one right now we have here is a 100 pound bag. It is very important because this bag is going to be so hard so every time you hit it's going to really create that strain in your arm, in your hips. I'm going to demonstrate now how to do it. The first thing you have to do like we talked earlier is plant that foot. It is very important. You don't plant that foot, that power punch is not going to come. So I'm going to demonstrate a one two, it's a left and a right hand coming to that heavy bag. Another thing I want to talk about is make sure every time you punch your goal is to pretend that you are going to go to this back. Your arm is going to go all the way across, rip this back. My coach is always telling me, dig. I'm going to show you right now, o'kay? That's how you hit hard."
