"Hi my name is Jonathan and I'm with Champion MMA. Today we are going to be talking about boxing mouth guard reviews. The importance of the mouth piece is that every time you go into a sparring session or fighting is it is very important to have a mouth piece and that way you protect you know so that nothing happens to your teeth and also your chin always to be taut. There are two kinds of mouth pieces. I have in this case a single piece, this one is for both teeth, the top and the bottom. You also have separate pieces. My preference is I like this one. The reason is when you put it on it makes you have your mouth closed at all times and that will protect your chin. By your chin being open you spot yourself, get hit, and it is more easy for you to go in the knock down position, somebody can knock you down easier by having your chin open. With this type of mouth piece that I have here, it gets you into the habit to always close your mouth and that chin is going to be more taut and like I say it is very important no matter what you are doing, even if you are doing sparring drills, sparring sessions and when you go into fighting you have to have a mouth piece unless you want to lose your teeth. This is boxing mouth guard review."
