The benefits of aerobic training. You know, getting yourself active is really improving, your heart's a muscle like anything else. You know, it's like all the other muscles in your body, it needs to be trained as well as the other ones. You can increase your lung capacity. A lot of people when then start aerobic training, the most difficult thing is one, getting the muscles comfortable with the movement. You know a lot of times people's muscles fatigue you know before actually their lungs, you know their lung capacity is expelled. So in some cases that's the issue and it's just getting your muscles conditioned to doing the movements. And the best way to do that is to get right back on the machine you know like a tread mill or an art trainer, an elliptical machine or a bicycle for example. You know, now in terms of the benefits from aerobic training is you're increasing the oxygen flow to your lungs and you're expanding your lung capacity, giving you, enabling you to hold your breath longer if you're a swimmer enabling you to you know, be a more efficient effective athlete. You know, your endurance drastically increases and your heart's a muscle just like anything else. So really working your heart, you're going to live longer, you're going to live healthier, you're going to be happier and the best thing you can do is get yourself moving. You know, the number one way to improve your aerobic ability is get off the couch and get yourself active.
