"Are you an employee and considering attending project management training classes? Hi this is Roger Groh at Groh Asset Management. We're here today to talk about the benefits of project management training. What it really is is taking a very specific part of a business and learning it or at least a segment of it. It might involve if it's a manufacturing operation where a product is sourced, how it's developed and how it's sold. Or in that case, perhaps it's broken into three different components of project management training. But no matter what course you choose, at the end of that course you should be able to walk into a line job and do it. So this is old fashioned training just with a modern name called project management training. There are different designations you can get along the way which may help you get another job or improve your chances of a better job in the company that you're in. Is it a good thing? Heck yes because you can take the process of learning about one portion of a business and apply it to any other. And you know what? If you're good at running one part of a business, you'll probably be great at running another. So go for it, take project management training. I'm Roger Groh with Groh Asset, thank you very much for spending time with me."
