"Hi, I'm Noah, and I'm going to show you how to alter a PDF file. Although creating a PDF file is very easy, to alter a PDF file, you'll need some professional software, which can cost a lot of money. To alter a PDF file, you'll need PDF authoring software like Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. The PDF format was created by Adobe, so this is, by far, the best program to use for creating and editing existing PDF files. However, since it's a very professional program, it costs a lot of money -- 450 dollars, for example, for the Pro version of the Acrobat 9. There are cheaper alternatives for PDF editing software, however. Foxit, for example, has a Foxit PDF Editor, where you can get a six-month free trial. Although this doesn't give you all the editing power and creation possibilities that Adobe Acrobat does, it is fine for just simply editing and making a few changes to existing PDF files."
