Hi there. My name is Isabelle. I am a Nutrition Consultant, in the Tampa Bay area, and today, we're going to learn about the lemon fast cleanse. If any of you have ever wanted to do one, that is a very gentle one to do. You're going to need four ingredients. First off, obviously, as the name indicates, it's a lemon cleanse, so we're going to use fresh lemons, which we'll squeeze, just cut them in half, and squeeze them into a cup of water, about that size. Depending on the taste, you can squeeze one or two lemons at a time, in about this amount of water. I prefer one, but some people can do two, and that's fine. More than two, is not necessary. Then, you will mix one tablespoon of maple syrup, pure 100% maple syrup. It is crucial that you use pure, and nothing that would contain any corn syrup, and then your last little ingredient, would be to mix just a pinch of cayenne pepper, in your concoction, in your water. Mix it in there, stir very well, and then drink it. You don't need to drink it all at once, and very fast, you can drink it throughout, say the span of a half an hour, and that will be fine, and you can make several of these for one day, throughout the day, and that's all you'll have, and that is the way the cleanse will work. I don't recommend doing it for more than one day, otherwise, you may deplete yourself of all the nutrients, and that is not something that we want to do, so I hope you learned something new today. I'm Isabelle, and I look forward to speaking with you soon. Take care.
