Hi there, my name is Isabelle. I am a Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, in the Tampa Bay area, and today, we're going to learn about cleansing using water, honey, and lemon. It's something that you want to do only for a day, because you're not going to eat anything for an entire day, but you're going to use the benefits of water, honey, and lemon, all combined together. First off, water. Water is a natural solvent, and a natural cleanser, so you will want to prepare each drink at a time. It's no need to prepare it in advance, it tastes a lot better when you just make it fresh, so a glass of water about this size, is all you need, and then you will squeeze one lemon. Lemon has excellent properties. Although it tastes acidic, it actually helps alkalinize your body, which means cleansing your body, bringing the PH of your body at its normal balance, and the last ingredient is going to be honey. I like to use raw honey. It tastes better, it is better for you, and I buy mine locally, it's actually organic honey, and so you mix one to two teaspoons of raw honey, with your water, and then your squeeze your lemon, and you drink this throughout the day. Honey is a natural antioxidant, and natural antiseptic, and it really helps your body get rid of the toxins, so that would be your recipe for detoxifying and cleansing your body, utilizing honey, water, and lemon, and that's pretty much it.
