"Hi everyone. My name is Isabelle. I am a nutrition consultant in the Tampa Bay area. Today we're going to learn some herbal remedies to care for canker sore. Actually, you don't need to look very far, just go into your kitchen and if you don't have one on hand, go to your supermarket and get one. All you need is a potato that you will just cut a little bit of it, a piece of it, right here. Then, all you will do is apply the wet area here, let's say I have a canker sore right here on this side of my lip. All you do, you will rub it for about five to ten minutes. Rub it all over, or just hold it over it. You don't need to really have the motion of rubbing, rubbing, but just have a little bit so that whatever ingredients are on top of the wet area here of your potato get to go inside, you know, and get absorbed by the area here. Then just toss it. Two or three hours later, slice another piece of the tomato, repeat. You can do this for a day, two, three days. If the cankor sore doesn't go away then definitely go see your doctor, but this should do the trick. This is something that I learned from my grandmother and I'm passing it on to you today. So, I hope you learned something new and that I get a chance to speak with you soon. Take care."
