Hi everyone, my name is Isabelle. I am a Nutrition Consultant, and today, we're going to learn about some herbal remedies, for immune system boosters. Three main ingredients that you need to keep in mind, vitamin C, zinc, and echinacea. Let's start with vitamin C. You will find vitamin C in some of the ingredients, in fruits and vegetables that I have here, in front of me. We have right here, some broccoli, so that would be a good booster for your immune system. We also have some carrots, we also have here some celery, some red cabbage, and some citrus fruit, so we have either lemon or grapefruit, right here. Those will be powerful in vitamin C, and will help boost your immune system. Another thing for zinc, aloe vera. You can find it either in a regular plant, or I get mine from Herbalife International, because it's made naturally, and not tested on animals, and they also mix a little bit of chamomile in it, and I drink this, just about a capful, with water. I don't want to drink it pure, because it's concentrated, so it's pretty strong, but it's high in zinc, and it helps boost your immune system. We also have echinacea, which usually comes in the form of a tea. You can find it readily available, in just about any supermarket, so those echinacea, zinc, and vitamin C, are your three main herbal remedies, if you will, to help boost your immune system, and lucky for us, there is a product that's on the market, distributed by Herbalife International, called Best Defense, and it conveniently includes echinacea, zinc, and vitamin C, and what it is, it actually comes in the little form of a tablet, and all you need to do, is drop it in a glass of water, let it dissolve, and then drink it.
