Hi everyone, my name is Isabelle. I am a nutrition and wellness consultant in the Tampa Bay area and today we're going to learn about herbal remedies for stress. Now a lot of us go through a lot of stress throughout the day but you don't have to live with that. So today we're going to learn a little bit and some secrets to help you out. Something that works really really really well is chamomile. It comes in various forms, especially tea. And I would recommend that two or three times a day you drink some either hot or cold water mixed with chamomile tea. It will help soothe your nerves. Something that works very well as well is honey. I have some raw honey here. Because of its anti-oxidants affects it actually helps cleanse the system and it has a very calming effect on the body. So I would recommend this. Now something you may not think about, it's not necessarily herbal remedy but it's probably one of the best form to release stress is breathing. Breathing deeply and exhaling out will help release the stress in your body. It's chemical reactions going on in the body. It is impossible physically to remain stressed when you breathe deeply.
