Hey, my name is Shaun and I'm here with the Wilmington Boxing and Fitness center. I'm here today to talk to you about leg exercise equipment. Here, we have this machine here is for doing a hack squat, and what a hack squat is, you're going to be working your quadriceps, your your glutes and your hamstrings and what you want to do is just like the regular squat but you're going to put your feet up, front hip about shoulder width apart. You want to lay flat on the pad, head back and you want to secure yourself. Make sure your weight is on there properly and everything. So you got your safety handles here and what you want to do, you want to get up, you want to get in it, release your safety handle, push up a little bit, lay back. You're going to go down, then you're going to press up. Remember also to breathe and you don't want to lock your legs out while doing this exercise. That's one of the important, the most, the two important things about locking your legs out and your breathing. That's how you use leg exercise machines.
