Hi this is Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution Incorporated in South Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about breakfast foods with low cards. And actually there's lots of great breakfast foods that are low in carb. Some of my favorite are scrambled eggs, this is actually my very favorite, and there's a hundred different ways or more that you can create a delicious meal everyday with scrambled eggs. So start with your eggs themselves and make sure that if you're eating eggs regularly that you make them organic. The only thing that would be bad about eating eggs is if you're eating inorganic eggs that are high in hormones and are going to negatively affect your hormone level as a result, potentially your cholesterol level. However when you eat organic eggs, it's a totally different scope. You've got all the different minerals and vitamins and essential fatty acids in the egg yolk and you've got all the protein that you need in that egg white and you have very, very, very little carbohydrates. Mix it up with some onions, some red and green peppers, some cilantro scrambled all up together, add some tomatoes, and some avocado and you've got yourself a beautiful low carb delicious breakfast.
