Hi this is Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution Incorporated in South Beach, Florida. In this clip we're talking about reasons to eat organic food. And I swear I can be a spokesperson for organic food industries and for organic foods because I really, really believe in eating organic food as much as possible. Some people will say to me well what's with this whole kind of hippie yuppie kind of trend about organic food? They don't understand that organic is actually what everything used to be before the introduction of pesticides and growth stimulating hormones for our animals. So what is organic food is basically it's pesticide free meaning that the farmers have to use natural healthy forms of pesticide and insecticides rather than chemicals that would get on our food and get into our body. So for instance there's certain foods that are higher in pesticides because they're more likely to be contaminated by insects and animals and one of those foods are tomatoes and I have these here, you can see that it says certified organic right here and that's the label to indicate that it is. Other foods that are very important to get organic are your blueberries and your lettuce because the pesticides get all over them and if you chop it up and put it into your body, even if you rinse it off, it's still in the foods. This has been Rachael with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida.
