Hi, my name's Dave Andrews. Today I'm going to talk to you a little bit about unlock codes for Microsoft Word programs. Now when you purchase Microsoft Word from the store, you are going to receive a CD and what is called a license. Now that will all be in the same package, be in the same box, and your license is going to be a little sticker that's attached to the back of the cd sleeve that you got your cd with. Could also be a documentation that's in an envelope with an actual license file. I have an example of one here. What you are going to see when you are looking at it is basically at the very bottom of that sticker, there's going to be a product key. Now on this particular example, the product key is all xed out. But that's going to be a series of numbers and letters that you're going to have to type in to the installation program while you're installing Microsoft Word. As you're installing Microsoft Word you're going to eventually come to a screen that looks like this, that's asking you to type in your product key for you Microsoft product. And you basically just type in that key code that was written on the bottom of the little serial thing that you got on the back of the cd case. You type in all those and then you click okay and it will both register you Microsoft Office software with Microsoft and it will also activate it on your system which allows you to use it. My name is Dave Andrews and I have just talked to you a little bit about Microsoft Word activation keys.
