Hi, I'm Rachael Richardson, with Nutrolution, in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about what is heart healthy eating. And heart healthy eating is making sure that you're eating foods that support your your heart, that support your mineral balance to maintain your your your heart tissue and all your other lean tissue on your body. These are just a few foods that I picked out that are particularly heart healthy, and so you've got your avocado here which is rich in monounsaturated fats; healthy for maintaining healthy cholesterol levels and other heart related functions. Here, I've got a tomato, and this is rich in in antioxidants, and particularly lycopene, to help protect the the arteries from free radical damage. Here you've got garlic which also helps with cardiovascular rhythm and making sure that your your blood is is thin and healthy. And then, here I've got your a lime which is rich in vitamin C, which helps with collagen production and making sure that your your arteries are are healthy and elastic. These foods together, you could actually put them all together in one healthy meal and have a perfectly heart healthy meal. This has been Rachael, with Nutrolution, in Miami Beach, Florida.
