Hi, I'm Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution in Miami Beach, Florida. In this clip, we're talking about the health benefits of eating broccoli. If I had to choose any one food under the sun as maybe being one of the most healthy food, I think I would choose broccoli. Broccoli is an amazing food. It's rich in all of the vitamins and the minerals. As a matter of fact, most dark green, leafy vegetables are rich in the different vitamins and minerals, the whole spectrum. And so, it's rich in that, it's very rich in fiber because it's a big, bulky vegetable. And, actually I think it's delicious. I love to consume broccoli, and my favorite way to cook it is just in a mixture of some olive oil and a little bit of butter. Saute some garlic, chop up my broccoli, and pan fry it like that for about five to seven minutes. And serve it nice and hot and buttery. If you don't have broccoli, and you want to get some benefits of consuming broccoli, you can add something like this. It's a greens formula, and this one's called Paleogreens, I personally use this and recommend it to my clients. And this one contains things like broccoli, kale, parsley, and all other kinds of wonderful green vegetables. Definitely look to include these in your diet.
