"In this video, I'm going to show you how to connect a laptop to a sound system. Now, here I have a laptop, and wherever you have a headphone jack, that is an audio line output that can be hooked up to anything that will accept it. So, I've gone to the store and I've purchased this, which is an eighth inch stereo jack that splits into RCA jacks, which hook into any stereo. Any audio system that you have that accept inputs will accept an RCA input, even a television. So, you take this, looks just like a headphone jack and you plug it into your headphone jack, and you put this end into your stereo. Just for reference I've pulled out this old receiver with all of these RAC inputs, you pick any one of them that you want, there's phono, CD, tape, tape, video, video, I'm going to pick CD, since I don't have a CD player, this will be acting as CD. And, install your two RCA's and your plug to your laptop, and there you have it, you're installed. All you've got to do now is turn up the volume, pick a song on your laptop and have a blast."
